Sulzemoos-Wiedenzhausen, 1 January 2025 – The Wittur Group, a global leader in elevator components manufacturing, is pleased to announce the appointment of Christian Kluemper as its new Chief People Officer (CPO), effective January 1, 2025. Christian Kluemper succeeds Asa Lautenberg.
With over 16 years of HR leadership experience, Christian has deep expertise in manufacturing and technology sectors, as well as a strong understanding of private-equity-backed companies.
Christian joins Wittur from Syntegon Technologies, where he served as Vice President of HR. During his tenure, he successfully led global HR transformations, driving the digitalization and standardization of processes, modernizing HR IT systems, and implementing innovative compensation solutions. His work in talent development and leadership programs has strengthened organizational capabilities, improved succession planning, and fostered cultural change — all contributing to high-performance environments.
Prior to Syntegon, Christian held the position of Vice President HR at Rodenstock where he reported directly to the CEO. During his time at Rodenstock, Christian was key in implementing a global job grading system, talent development and leadership programs and advancing HR professionalization through digitalization and cultural change initiatives.
