The MLC Centre, which includes office spaces, a shopping center and the Theatre Royal, is receiving a $330 million facelift and refurbishment including the addition of 6,000 square meters of new shops, restaurants and cafes.
Its 25 elevators are being modernised to improve their safety, performance and aesthetic. The modernization will include a significant selection of Wittur products: 25 AMD car door operators, 499 AMD landing mechanisms and 200 WRG roller guide shoes.
