Wittur Brazil took part in the celebrations of SIPATMA with the aim of developing our team's critical view of the risk present in the work environment and reflecting on the perception of the risk.
In order to increase awareness, Wittur Brazil also organized a friendly challenge to develop the best slogan for safety. “Be prudent, avoid accidents!” was obtained by Luciano Ferreira, who won the competition.
The week was full of activities aimed at promoting safety and environmental awareness in the workplace. The Joy Therapy group hosted a session on risk perception, encouraging everyone to be mindful of potential dangers. Additionally, there were lectures on workplace hazards and a personal testimony about the impact of accidents. Videos featuring employees' families were shown to remind everyone of the importance of staying safe and healthy. Reverse psychology tactics were also used in the corridors to draw attention to risks.
In terms of environmental initiatives, a lecture was given on separation and recycling, and a new HSE partner was introduced. The "Adopt a Cup and a Squeeze" campaign was launched, which involved distributing recyclable retractable rice fiber cups and squeeze bottles with the Wittur brand to reduce plastic cup consumption.
To wrap up the week, there was a raffle of gifts and a collaborative team game to reinforce the lessons learned during the week's activities.
