After 4 years at the hefm of Wittur's HR team, Aline Estevant-Rigaut left Wittur at the end of July.
The Wittur Group thanked her for her "achievements in building a global, sustainable and professional HR department and team".
Her successor is Åsa Lautenberg.
Åsa is originally from Sweden and has worked in Germany far more than 20 years.
Her focus is on leadership development and transformation, according to Wittur Group.
Her experience spans from a long leadership career in the Lufthansa Group where she was responsible for functions such as Talent Management, Leadership & Organization Development, Compensation & Benefits etc. as well as end to end responsibility for the People and Organization Function at Samson AG and Viessmann Group.
