Wittur Spain had the privilege of participating in a noteworthy project organized by the Association of Directors of Aragon for the second consecutive year. The primary focus of the project was to promote equal opportunities for women and to empower them to reach their full potential.
Mentoring programs have emerged as a powerful tool to promote leadership, offering a supportive space for personal and professional growth. In this program, executives from the association voluntarily share their knowledge and experience with women from other companies, providing mentoring support. The program has successfully helped women overcome obstacles and reach new heights in their careers.
This year, the program witnessed active participation from 127 mentors and mentees, six of whom were Wittur colleagues. Two partners played the role of mentors, while four others served as mentees. They had the opportunity to share their experiences, develop their skills, and learn from other professionals. This mentoring program has enabled women to grow and build meaningful relationships that will benefit them both personally and professionally.
